Senior Development Manager, Lendlease
Carlo joined Lendlease Italy as Senior Development Manager in 2021. He is responsible for the development of the Office and Hotel product at MIND – Milan Innovation Districts and since January 2023 he is also supporting the masterplan development at Milano Santa Giulia.
Carlo has extensive experience in the planning, design and development delivery of iconic, large scale commercial and mixed-use projects in Central London and Milan. Proven specialist in establishing value enhancement and design optimization to maximize project value collaboratively with world-class teams.
Previously he was working as Design and Development Lead at Future Olympia, a 14-acre mixed-use masterplan redevelopment in Kensington Olympia, London. Also, he was at Brookfield Properties UK as Deputy Design Director where he contributed to the development of c. 2.5ms ft of Office Assets in the City of London.
Carlo is an Architect, registered in the UK (ARB/RIBA and Sweden; he is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects in the City of London.
