Key Account Manager - Wicona, Hydro Building Systems
Caterina graduated in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano in September 2015. In the early stage of her professional career, she focused on academic research, deepening her expertise in design and innovation in architecture.
In 2019, she joined Hydro within the technical department, starting her journey in the Research and Development team, where she contributed to the design and optimisation of solutions for windows, doors, and curtain wall systems. In 2021, she became part of the specification team, supporting design practices, contractors, and investors in defining the most effective technical solutions for each project. Through this experience, she developed a comprehensive understanding of the architectural envelope delivery process, collaborating with all stakeholders involved.
Today, she holds the position of Key Account Manager for WICONA Italy, managing complex projects and coordinating both technical and commercial requirements, with an approach consistently focused on quality, innovation, and customer-centricity.
