Charanya Premkumar graduated from Madras University and later specialized in Building Engineering and Management from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. She is affiliated to the Council of Architecture, India.
Charanya has a professional tenure of 18 years of experience in Retail & Commercial Architecture. She has been trained in the field of project management of large scale buildings in New Delhi and Chennai at the onset of her career.
Charanya focuses on the design of Commercial spaces like Offices, Hospitality and Retail spaces. Her design is driven by the social influences of the corporate and business sector and thus her projects cater to mixed and multi-functional spaces.
She has executed projects in Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad. Her Project was voted as the Best Commercial in the Real Estate Sector for the year 2011.
