Yew Kee is a registered architect in Singapore and a licensed architect in USA. He is a corporate member of Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) and a national member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
Yew Kee is a Sustainable Design Architect dedicated to integrate and value-create biophilic green and blue designs into sustainable solutions with a focus on technology and human experience. In his years of practice, he honed his expertise in a broad range of sustainable projects in over eight countries. He received his Master of Science in Sustainable Design (Merit) from University of Nottingham, UK and Master of Architecture (AIA Merit) from University of Texas in Austin, USA.
Yew Kee is active in professional and community works, serves on institute’s council, sits on advisory committee of statutory board, lectures in public forum, juries in competitions, and docents in local museums. Key roles include Council Member of SIA, former Chair of SIA Sustainability Committee, and presently member of BCA Universal Design Mark Advisory Committee and formerly BCA Green Mark Advisory Committee, and a Director of AIA International Region.
