Regional Manager of Europe | Associate Principal, RWDI
Chiara Pozzuoli is an experienced structural engineer and a Ph.D. in wind engineering, specializing in high-rise buildings. Chiara is the Regional Manager for Europe, at RWDI and leads RWDI’s Italy office established in Milan in 2019. She develops growth strategy and leads business development and operations for RWDI’s practice within Continental Europe. Her focus is on developing European markets for the company across the building, industry, and infrastructure sectors and across RWDI’s practice areas, including wind engineering, microclimate, sustainability, climate performance, weather forecasting and building and enclosure performance.
Chiara has managed and overseen complex, multidisciplinary projects in locations around the world from the United Kingdom to the Middle East, Continental Europe, and China. collaborates with developers, urban planners, architects, engineers, contractors, and owners to ensure that their projects and assets are holistically optimized and meet the highest standards. Clients benefit from both her engineering insight and strong managerial and business development capabilities. Chiara helps integrate climate-aware strategies into construction design at all stages and advises RWDI’s clients to steer their projects to environmentally sustainable, climate-resilient, and cost-effective solutions.
