Chouaib Lekmiti is an accomplished architect with a Master of Science in Façade Engineering and over 20 years of experience in the UK and internationally, including eight years at Arup in Dubai.
Throughout his career, Chouaib has designed, engineered, and delivered many high-profile and iconic buildings of various types, sizes, and complexities across many sectors. He has incorporated cutting-edge technologies while creating visually striking and functionally efficient building envelopes that meet clients’ expectations. His projects include Selfridges in Birmingham, Aldar HQ, the World Trade Centre in Abu Dhabi, and Salalah Airport, to name a few.
Chouaib is currently leading CHPK External wall and Façade teams, where his façade insights have played a pivotal role in enhancing the fire risk assessment of external walls and subsequently overseeing the design and implementation of remediation measures to address fire safety defects.
He is a Fellow of the Society of Façade Engineering (SFE, UK) and a LEED AP. He is dedicated to embracing cutting-edge, environmentally friendly practices that positively impact the built environment.
