Chrissa Bales

With 20+ years of experience in the chemical industry, Chrissa Bales has dedicated more than half of her career to coatings. Chrissa has served as group project leader for extrusion coatings in Garland, Texas since 2011, managing color match efforts and new product development. She also provides technical support to extrusion customers regarding issues with electrostatic application. It’s through this understanding and Chrissa’s inventive approach to coatings produced Acrylicoat, a one-coat acrylic system that offers excellent hiding and lasting AAMA 2603 performance. Chrissa holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and is a current member of the American Architectural Manufacturers Association.
