Associate, OMA
Chris Yoon joined OMA in 2017 and is an Associate at in the New York office. She is currently serving as Associate-in-charge on the Greenpoint Landing D residential development in Brooklyn, on 730 Stanyan, a 100% affordable housing development in San Francisco, California, and on a mixed-use masterplan development in Houston, TX.
Chris previously served as project manager for 121 East 22nd Street, OMA’s first residential complex in Manhattan which was completed in 2019. Her diverse experience also includes design and development of other OMA projects in the Americas including the adaptive reuse project POST Houston and a mixed-use, large-scale development in downtown Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Prior to joining OMA, Chris worked as a project manager in real estate development of market-rate and affordable housing in New York City, as a project architect on a number of residential multi-family buildings in NYC, and as a building envelope consultant in San Francisco. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a registered architect in New York State and LEED accredited professional.
