Christoph Gruenaug has over 15 years of experience in façade access, building maintenance system consulting, and the façade industry, he has contributed to the successful delivery of well over 280 projects across Europe, America, the Middle East, and Australasia. In this field of technical niche, he has worked closely with international consultants and contractors to develop extensive knowledge and understanding of Façade systems, BMU systems, and their coherent integration into the built environment. Now leading a Façade Access team in Australasia that provides a fully integrated BMU and Façade Access Consultancy, Christoph aims to share his project experiences, knowledge, and insights around future-proofing complex façade designs, the solutions that are currently available, and the critical design considerations in the early stages of the project. His success stories include façade maintenance optimization of fully integrated BMU systems into one of the world’s tallest buildings and the successful delivery of one of the largest BMUs to an award-winning project in Australia.
