Associate, Lead8
Christopher is an Associate at Lead8 and a lead designer on 11 SKIES, Hong Kong’s largest retail, dining and entertainment development next to Hong Kong International Airport. His portfolio also includes the future Site 3 of the New Central Harbourfront in Hong Kong, one of the most important strategic additions to the city’s Central Business District.
Previously working for global multi-disciplinary design practices on retail and mixed-use projects throughout China, Christopher has continued to build on his reputation for delivering complex projects for a wide range of sectors, from small-scale retail interiors to integrated mixed-use developments and masterplanning. His award-winning work on 11 SKIES in Hong Kong has seen his contribution to sustainable and smart façade design and architecture in the city, with the development’s first phase achieving BEAM Plus (New Buildings) v1.2 Provisional Platinum Rating Certificate, US LEED Platinum Pre-certification, and WELL Building Standard Platinum Pre-certification.
Originally from San Diego, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Northeastern University in Boston.
