Director, PPA Architects
Paris Cotsapas is a Director and founding member of Panos Panayiotou + Associates, having joined the company’s Board of Directors upon its formation in 2013. He holds a BA (Hons) in Architecture, a Diploma in Architecture, and an MA in International Architectural Regeneration and Development from Oxford Brookes University, and is a registered member of ETEK.
With extensive experience across residential, high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, retail, and masterplanning projects, Paris has led complex developments from concept design through planning and building permit approval, technical coordination, tendering, construction-stage support, practical completion, and final certification. His project experience includes several major developments in Limassol, including Only Tower, Dream Tower, Ariel Tower, and Martingale Plaza.
