Cindy Edens is responsible for overseeing project management for all development projects with a lead role in the conception through design development phase, entitlements, and financing. She also oversees project construction through completion and tenant move-in. Cindy brings exceptional teams together and provides the guidance necessary to accomplish successful projects, such as the renovation of the University of Washington Husky Stadium.
Early in her career as a Project Manager with Wright Runstad & Company, Cindy was responsible for the design, permitting, construction, marketing interface, and cost control of several Class A office buildings in Washington and Oregon, including Key Center in Bellevue; King Street Center, 1800 Ninth Avenue, and 1101 Madison Medical Tower in Seattle; and ODS Tower in Portland.
Prior to joining the firm in 1983, Cindy was a Junior Engineer at Howard S. Wright Construction Company, assisting the project manager and engineers during the shell and core construction of First Interstate Center, now named 999 Third Avenue, as well as a self-employed contractor handling EIS research, planning development of homeowners associations, coordinating brokers for land sales, and managing branch offices.
