Managing the façade project whole process with his project expertise by utilizing his IDM (Itemized Delicacy Management) approach. Administrating façade production and quality control by his manufacturer and production specialists with his PQP (Project Quality Plan) approach and the inventor and promoter of fourth (4th) generation Unitized Façade System – CED UFS 4.0
