Damien is a property development and delivery professional with many years of working in public sector development roles across the NW, UK and globally. He has worked across local, regional and central government bringing an expertise in securing buy-in and partnerships to deliver real practical outcomes.
As CX for ReBlackpool Damien lead the regeneration of the seafront area and the considerable investment of 2011/12. Damien also lead the Regeneration, Growth and Development function for Tameside Council conceiving and delivering schemes such as Ashton Old Baths, Denton Wellness Centre, Tameside One, St Petersfield Carpark, Ashton and Hyde Market amongst other key projects for the borough.
More recently Damien has delivered the outstanding British Council HQ in Stratford Olympic Park and now in the FCDO is delivering schemes in Delhi, Islamabad, Abidjan, Melbourne, Suva, Prague, and Accra.
At his core, Damien is passionate about high quality design and its influence on workspace as well as creating sustainable solutions for intractable problems.
