Dan Shannon is an internationally recognized architect and serves as Managing Partner at MdeAS Architects in New York. With nearly four decades of experience, Dan provides creative and innovative solutions to complex architectural challenges. His commitment to the philosophies of modernism and urbanism enlivens his projects with integrity and character. Setting a high caliber for craft within architecture, Dan’s eye for detail is reflected in every project he manages.

In addition, Dan has worked alongside international developers to oversee the construction of more than 50 million square feet, including large-scale curtain wall projects such as the reskin of 330 Madison Avenue, the ground up construction of 510 Madison Avenue, and the redevelopment of Canada’s tallest building, Toronto’s First Canadian Place. Dan is currently working on the major repositioning of New York’s Two Penn Plaza, the historic 1100 Avenue of the Americas, and the landmarked McGraw-Hill Building – all technologically advanced façade projects.
