
Senior Project Director, Design & Construction, Wexford Science & Technology
Daniel brings over 15 years of experience in design and construction specifically in innovation districts and life sciences. A skilled collaborator, he is detail oriented and technical. Daniel is responsible for managing all aspects of the planning, design, and construction of the Wexford portfolio in North Carolina and the southeast. Daniel’s area of expertise includes building metrics for life sciences.
Prior to joining Wexford, Daniel led multiple projects through master plan, design, and construction at Ayers Saint Gross including Point 225 (Providence, RI), The Pearl Innovation District (Charlotte, NC) and two time AIA award winning project, including the Grand Design Award 100 Forge (Watertown, MA). He was responsible for the production, management, and coordination of technical documents while maintaining a high level of design.
Daniel holds a Master of Architecture Degree from Catholic University and a B.S. in Architecture from University of Maryland. A registered Architect in Maryland and D.C.
