Construction Director, Collen
David has an extensive 22 years’ experience on projects including multiple Data Centre campuses, residential, educational, commercial office, and refurbishment projects in public and private sectors. He has excellent people management skills liaising between design team and site management teams on complex projects and is adept at managing multiple fast-track projects with a proven track record of meeting project milestones; controlling project costs and meeting environmental targets.
David consistently ensures the highest standard of quality and safety across all projects. He also possesses a wide-ranging knowledge of quality, environmental, health and safety policies and procedures and adheres strictly to the processes and policies in place at all Collen Construction sites.
David endeavours to identify and develop innovative new construction techniques. This incorporation of new ideas and processes generates changes that help in David’s persistence to ensure all projects are delivered within the time frame set by the client and on budget.
David has recently finished overseeing a landmark multi‐storey, mixed use, Design and Build development, comprising commercial office, residential and retail outlets.
