David has over 20 years’ experience delivering complex buildings in New Zealand, having established strong working relationships with clients and contractors in the commercial and tertiary education sectors, as well as healthcare, aged care, urban design and master planning projects.
As a Principal at Warren and Mahoney, he’s a passionate architect and sustainability is a common thread across the projects he’s undertaken. Having recently worked on the award-winning Commercial Bay – with New Zealand’s first high-rise 5-Star Greenstar accredited project, the NZI Centre – one of New Zealand’s first NZGBC 5 Star Greenstar buildings, the Fonterra Head Office 5 Star Greenstar and the current New Dunedin Hospital aiming for 5 Star Greenstar.
David has a track record as an innovative architect who can manage projects from their initial stages to completion – blending creative design skills and effective project management capabilities to drive successful architectural solutions.
