Senior Architectural Technologist, Studio Egret West
Having begun his career working on site with a local building company while studying at university, Daniel developed an early appreciation for the practical realities of construction. Following qualification, he joined a small architectural practice, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of project types and construction methodologies.
Seeking to further develop his expertise, he later moved to London, where he has worked on a diverse portfolio of projects spanning traditional construction, timber and steel frame structures, major refurbishments and reinforced concrete developments.
Passionate about bridging the gap between design and delivery, Daniel is particularly focused on collaborating with contractors and multidisciplinary design teams to create efficient, buildable solutions while maintaining the integrity of the architectural vision. This approach led to the successful delivery of the SEW-designed high-rise development One Maidenhead, a landmark project that forms a key part of the ongoing regeneration of Maidenhead town centre.
