Envelope Design Lead, Wilkinson Eyre
As lead designer for various prominent architecture practices, David Perez has over 20 years of experience in the design and delivery of high profile, large-scale projects across the U.S., Australia and Europe. The latest examples in London include the new Heathrow Terminal 2 (LVA & Forster + Partners), 10 Fenchurch Avenue (Eric Parry Architects) and more recently, 21 Moorfields (WilkinsonEyre). With extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams from the early design stages to on-site coordination, he has specialized in the development and coordination of complex facade and cladding packages.
Former Associate at WilkinsonEyre architects, David is currently Facade Design Management Lead at BAM Construction, working across a number of high-profile projects in the London Region both in preconstruction and construction phases, managing all façade design aspects of projects from tender through to completion.
David is also Associate Lecturer in Technical Studies at Central Saint Martins (UAL), and has extended his academic experience as an Editor and Researcher for architecture publications.
