David Shultis

With 30 years’ experience working in locations around the world, including the United States, France, the Netherlands, and Malaysia there’s no doubt that David knows a thing or two about the design process. His diverse experience includes projects such as Federation Square, as well as sports, commercial and rail projects. He now leads one of Elenberg Fraser’s design studios, with a team of 20 people, and works closely with Callum and Igor to ensure our construction and delivery matches the vision and intent of our designs. He also helps mentor coach our project architects and leaders on what successful project delivery involves. David’s passion lies in building technologies – finding the latest materials and techniques to bring facades and building forms to life. He recognizes the need to create places that benefit the public, whether internal or external. He has extensive experience in sectors including Multi-Residential, Retail, Commercial, Cultural, Sports and Recreation, Hotel and Conventional Centres, Educational, Rail and Justice.
