Director, Linesight
Des has over 25 years experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Project Manager at a senior level in the construction industry and is a director of Linesight for most of that time. He has worked as Director-in-Charge on a huge range of major projects in Ireland including the Convention Centre Dublin, The Guinness Storehouse and Gravity Bar, Montevetro Google HQ, LXV on St. Stephen’s Green, the original Spencer Dock campus and the current Spencer Place development for Salesforce, Fibonnaci Square Facebook offices, and the ESB Fitzwilliam 28 project. He has has also worked on a range of projects across the U.K. and in the Caribbean in recent years including major commercial office developments and hotel projects.
Des was elected and served as President of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland in 2018 and 2019 and continues as a member of the board and Council .
