A seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in project management, program management, change management, and contract management. With a Master’s degree in Construction Management, he has a deep understanding of the industry and has managed numerous projects from site selection to construction and beyond. As the City Head & Director, Project & Development Services, Chennai at Cushman & Wakefield, he manages the Corporate Real Estate program of workplace design and construction projects. With deep knowledge in site selection, leasing, planning, design, construction, innovative workplace strategies, and corporate sustainability strategies, he holds a LEED Green Associate certification and has successfully delivered green field and interior fit-out projects across a range of sectors.

But his expertise extends beyond technical skills, as he is also an effective people developer and a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal, technical, analytical, and relationship-building skills. In addition to his corporate experience, he is also an external guide in leading universities, sharing his knowledge and expertise with the next generation of professionals.He is comfortable collaborating with senior leaders, including the C-suite, and has experience managing virtual teams located both nationally and internationally. He is currently heading Project Management, Design & Build for Tamilnadu, Kerala (India) and Srilanka and has experience working in India, Srilanka, and Malaysia.
