
Program Manager, Greenlab
Rodrigo Félix is an Architect and Urban Planner with over 13 years of international experience in architecture, urban development, sustainable construction, and ESG consulting. He holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Urbanism and Spatial Planning from NOVA University Lisbon and is both a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) and a BREEAM Advisory Professional.
As Program Manager at Greenlab, Rodrigo operates consultancy and the sustainable construction department. His experience includes projects pursuing WELL, WELL for Residential, and BREEAM certifications in the residential, office, hospitality, and retail sectors, as well as developments aligned with the EU Taxonomy for sustainable activities. To date, he has managed more than 30 certification projects, helping clients integrate sustainability, health, wellbeing, and environmental performance into the built environment.
Prior to joining Greenlab, Rodrigo worked in architectural practices in Brazil and Canada and contributed to the urban mobility project that supports Salvador’s metropolitan transport system. His multidisciplinary background enables him to connect design excellence, sustainability goals, and business value in the development of future-ready assets.
