Principal Architect, Dominic Galicia Architects
Dominic Galicia earned his architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1988 and founded Dominic Galicia Architects in 2001, marking its 25th anniversary in 2026.
His projects include the National Museum of Natural History in Manila and major church projects in Makati and Antipolo, featured in the 2024 Architectural Guide to Manila, published by DOM Publishers of Berlin.
His Kilyawan Farm Resort in Batangas has received international honors, including a Good Design Award from Japan in 2024 and was Highly Commended at the 2023 World Architecture Festival in Singapore.
The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Evo City, Kawit, Cavite, is a finalist in the 2026 World Architecture Festival taking place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA, in November.
He serves as the Philippines’ Voting Member to the ICOMOS International Scientific Committee on 20th Century Heritage, or ICOMOS ISC20C. He is a past president of ICOMOS Philippines. He is a recipient of the Notre Dame Distinguished Asian Pacific Alumni Award and a Fellow of the United Architects of the Philippines.
