Regional Technical Manager, AkzoNobel Industrial Coatings - North Asia
Dr. Weifeng Dai is the regional technical manager for AkzoNobel Industrial Coatings, North Asia. He is responsible for leading technical teams and overseeing the development and execution of our company’s sustainable projects. He works closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Dr. Dai holds a Ph.D. degree in polymer science from East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST), and postdoctoral experience from the Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ)
Dr. Dai has worked in the coating industry for over a decade and is a true expert in the field of surface protection and coatings. He has a deep understanding of the science behind coatings and has extensive experience in developing and implementing coating solutions, including coil, extrusion and packaging coatings, for a wide range of applications. His expertise has been recognized through the publication of numerous academic papers and patents, showcasing his innovative approach to solving complex coating challenges.
