Associate Director - Façade, TTW
Trained in European façade systems, complex geometries and curtain walls, Dwayne moved to Australia in 2020, bringing his experience from Germany and the Netherlands across. Known for his strong leadership, he led multiple international projects across Europe, USA, and the Middle East, covering high-rise office buildings, museums, government and public buildings.
Since in Australia, Dwayne has worked on major infrastructure projects, data centres, hospitals and schools as well as a multitude of commercial and residential buildings across the country. He now co-leads the national façade team for TTW. Dwayne’s particular areas of interest are the thermal performance and sustainable solutions in façades, the analysis of complex geometries, as well as hand sketching and detailing of buildable solutions for façades. Coming from an architectural and building technology background, while becoming a chartered engineer in Australia, his design philosophy is to bring all competing elements of architecture, engineering, cost and construction together into a final, aesthetic solution.
