Edmund Ramos brings over two decades of expertise in steering high-profile capital development initiatives, with a robust portfolio in program management. His experience spans strategic planning, program start-up and validation, contracts and commercial management, and successful project delivery. Edmund currently serves as Deputy Program Director for the Concourse D Widening project, a critical capacity expansion at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Before joining ATLNext in 2017, he spent a decade delivering fast-track capacity enhancement projects at Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi, including the US CBP Pre-clearance facility, A380 gates, arrivals building, passenger segregation structures, baggage system expansions, and IT, security, and life safety system upgrades. Edmund is known for his exceptional ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships, navigating complex project landscapes with a collaborative approach and effective communication. His skills in aligning owners, airline partners, designers, contractors, and community representatives have consistently delivered successful outcomes, positioning him as a leader in the field.
