Building Enclosure Project Manager, SK Collaborative

Emily Fulton is a seasoned building enclosure specialist with dual degrees in Civil Engineering (Georgia Tech) and Mathematics (Georgia Southwestern). She has extensive experience reviewing architectural drawings and specifications for a variety of building types, with an emphasis on building enclosure integrity, structural connections, and constructability. Her technical work includes light-gauge framing analysis and structural connection design.

Currently serving as the lead for building enclosure projects at SK Collaborative, Emily provides oversight on enclosure design, detailing, and field performance to support energy efficiency, code compliance, and long-term durability. She holds an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and is a Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO) and Registered Roof Observer (RRO), ensuring quality assurance through third-party observation. She is also a National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Green Verifier and Certified Roof Impedance Operator.

Emily’s combined technical and field expertise makes her a key contributor to successful enclosure consulting on both new construction and renovation projects.
