Emir Debastiani is Technical Service & Development Engineer at Dow Brazil. Responsible for technical support and application development of silicone sealants for Building & Infrastructure, mainly in applications related to Silicone Structural Glazing and facade weathersealing.

For 19 years working in Dow, supporting silicone applications in several industries such as Electronics, Automotive and more recently in Building & Infrastructure. Graduated in Telecommunications Engineering from UFF – Universidade Federal Fluminense. Has an MBA in Technology and Innovation Management from FIA – Fundação Instituto de Administração de São Paulo
