Regional Commercial Manager, Kingspan Façades
Having graduated from Maynooth University, Emmet joined Kingspan and has worked within the commercial and specification team across the UK and Ireland for the past 8 years. Moving from Scotland to Ireland in 2019, Emmet led Kingspan insulated panel’s strategy on dealing with ‘NZEB’ requirements, developing CPD and specification material. In his role as the regional commercial manager for Kingspan Facades, Emmet has worked with architects and engineers across the country, within multiple sectors, developing a fabric first approach to specification ensuring sustainability, aesthetics and functional design are to the forefront. From providing guidance in design stage, to progressing projects to contract negotiation and award, Emmet has a wealth of experience within every stage in delivering sustainable buildings.
