Green Star Accredited Professional and Sustainability Manager, Evalin has managed and contributed to the largest number of accredited Green Star ratings in Australia. In that time, she has made critical contributions to major projects such as NAB HQ, Medibank HQ, Deloitte, Australia Post HQ, Chadstone Office Tower, Chadstone Stage 40, CBW and Goods Shed North, the latter being the first heritage project in Victoria to obtain a Green Star rating. Her current projects throughout Australia include West Side Place, Elizabeth Quay, the new Victoria Police HQ, 271 Spring St, The Glen redevelopment and Marq & Icon.
Evalin brings attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at differing stages of design, construction and occupancy. She is particularly motivated by the potential for sustainability initiatives to benefit clients, and strives to have ESD initiatives recognised by standard rating system.
Due to her experience and expertise in sustainability ratings and the construction environment, she contributes towards the ongoing development of the Green Star rating systems as well as a faculty member teaching the course to industry.
