Filipe Martins

Filipe is the office line manager for Urban Input and is involved in all facets of asset management, with a particular interest in the development phase. Before working at Urban Input, Filipe led the development team of a British company that specializes in the rehabilitation and redevelopment of old industrial sites into rental housing. He qualified as a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor in 2013 while working in the commercial sector through his experience in the complete investment process, from the acquisition of the plot to the sale of the assets, through valuations, development and the building. Sustainability and innovation are the main values to carry out its functions.
