Grace Wong, AIA, PE, LEED AP BD+C, is the energy lead in the Building Sciences Group at OAC Services, Inc. She is an expert in helping clients navigate the unique challenges of implementing energy retrofits in existing building enclosures. She regularly collaborates with the forensic engineering and architecture practice at OAC to conduct research related to the real-world performance of building enclosure systems. Her research on the time required for code requirements to translate into real world benefits in successfully performing building enclosure systems has been published and presented nationally and internationally. She writes regularly for industry journals, focusing on topics related to building enclosure performance in existing structures and energy retrofitting of building enclosure systems. Grace serves on the board of the Seattle Building Enclosure Council.
