Sustainability Manager, Reynaers Group
Guillaume Nijdam (42, French) holds a master’s degree in business administration and began is carrier at a global steel manufacturer based in the United States and then in France in various positions.
For nearly ten years, he has been based in Belgium, where he works for the Reynaers Group as Group Sustainability Manager.
Prior to taking on this role two years ago, Guillaume led the Reynaers Group 2019–2030 SBTi decarbonization program and held several positions within Operations.
With a strong background in program and operations management, and a genuine passion for learning and knowledge sharing, Guillaume focuses on bridging vision and execution to help drive sustainability in the construction sector.
