Gwen has more than 20 years experiences in the Glass & Facade Industry and currently serves as Regional Marketing Manager Dow Performance Silicone.
She leads the marketing activities for High Performance Building in Asean & Oceania which look at developing and implementing silicone based technologies addressing customer needs and mega trends. Her main objective is to provide product and system solutions for building envelopes enabling energy efficient, sustainable, safe and durable façade design.
