Director, Prism Facades
Heather is a Principal façade engineer and a founding director of the Sydney façade engineering consultancy, Prism Facades. She has been working in the Australian façade engineering industry for 10 years and has contributed to a number of landmark projects both in Australia and internationally.
Heather applies her knowledge of fundamental engineering principles and finite element analysis with façade design principles to provide engineering and design services for a range of clients. She has in-depth design experience with glass, aluminium and steel, and has a key interest and specialises in complex geometry on façade projects. Originally practicing as a materials engineer, Heather is passionate about less common materials in facades, and extending the accepted limitations on more traditional materials such as glass through design and manufacturing processes.
