Associate Director, Urban Agency
Hector Cronje is an Associate Director at Urban Agency having joined the firm in March 2022. Originally from South Africa, he studied at Tshwane University of Technology after which he made the move to Ireland in June 2000. In the past 21-years he has worked with a number of practices in Ireland including RKD Architects, MCA Architects & Douglas Wallace Architects. He has worked on all stages of projects from concept design through to construction and handover.
In recent years Hector has worked on several commercial projects with variant façade requirements such as Airbnb HQ Hanover Quay, Velasco Office building Dublin 2, Guinness Storehouse New Gravity Bar Extension and Hub Building and 16 St Stephens Green Office redevelopment. Velasco has been LEED Gold certified with 16 St Stephens Green set to achieve the same.
