Partner & Building Director, Batlleiroig

Helena Salvadó Giné, Tarragona 1980. Helena has been an Architect since 2005 by the Barcelona School of Architecture (ETSAB) of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). She joined batlleiroig studio in 2005. In 2012 she was appointed Deputy Director of the Building Department and in 2020 she became Partner and Building Director of Batlleiroig, thus participating in strategic decision-making in the company. She currently leads a team of 60 architects who develop building projects of different types and scales, through all their phases. During these years, she has focused her work on the design and development of numerous projects, including the Interface office building, the Headquarters of the Telecommunications Market Commission (CMT) and the Luxa building in the 22 @ district in Barcelona. two research buildings on the UPC Besós Campus in Sant Adrià del Besòs (Barcelona), The Style Outlets Viladecans shopping center, a Hotel in the 22 @ and several residential buildings such as the Port Fórum and Magoria building for Via Célere, the Cook tower in Hospitalet de Llobregat for Aedas Homes, the rehabilitation of a residential building in Paseo de Gracia for TwinPeaks, and several residential buildings in Barcelona for Grupo Castellví and Stoneweg. Currently, she is responsible for multiple residential projects in Barcelona, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Badalona, Esplugues de Llobregat, Viladecans, Terrassa and Mataró, of multiple office buildings in Barcelona, the Bellcros winery in Priorat, the refurbishment of two shopping centers and a student residence in Barcelona, among others
