Head of Architectural Planning, Sinarmasland
Graduated in 1995 from Institute Technology National in Bandung, Hengki started his career as an architect for several architectural firms for more than 15 successful years. He worked as a senior designer and had vast experience in handling large scale projects, ranging from apartments, offices to healthcare projects. His tasks included creation of the project concept, presenting to project client, developing the design, managing technical specifications, preparing the design to contract documents and supporting construction team during tender and construction phase.
Since 2011, Hengki has shifted to senior technical planning manager for several reputable property developers that involved in large scale and high-rise projects. In this new position, his key responsibility is to ensure and improve the quality of the projects. To support this role, Hengki has intensively worked with many big names in design consultation and construction businesses.
At Sinarmasland, Hengki has been involved in “green building” projects that promote greening implementation on planning and construction.
