Lead - Facade, Birla Estate
A façade professional with over three decades of specialized experience in the design, engineering, and delivery of building envelope systems across India’s residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Currently associated with Birla Estates as Head Design – Façade, Henry is responsible for driving façade design excellence, standardization, innovation, performance, and delivery across the organization’s development portfolio. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of contributing to several landmark developments, including Niyaara, Oberoi 360 West, Oberoi Commerz II, Embassy Tech Village, and numerous other high-rise and large-scale projects.
Having led façade delivery from concept development through design management, engineering, procurement, testing, fabrication, and site execution, He has gained a comprehensive understanding of the entire façade lifecycle. His approach focuses on translating architectural vision into practical, high-performing, and constructible solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, technical compliance, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
A significant part of this journey has been the opportunity to collaborate closely with developers, architects, façade consultants, fabricators, contractors, and material suppliers. These interactions and partnerships have provided valuable insights into industry challenges, emerging technologies, best practices, and innovative solutions, further enriching my perspective on delivering successful façade outcomes across diverse project typologies
