Associate, AKT II Envelopes
Iain Bleakley is an Associate in AKTii Envelopes with 15 years facade engineering experience. He has worked on a wide range of building typologies, materials and systems in the context of high quality architectural design. He was a Facade Engineer on the Chancery Rosewood Hotel project where AKT delivered structural and facade design services from RIBA Stage 2. Here he was instrumental in developing a strategy for the retention and improvement of the existing facade and the design of the new facades to the rear elevations and upper floor. He is a materials enthusiast and the in house sustainability lead, currently involved in the design of an Art gallery in Nevada and a biophillic office scheme in Holborn.
