Director, XO Projects
Igor studied architecture at the School of Architecture in Ljubljana and the Berlage Institute in Amsterdam, receiving the Master Diploma in 1999. After three years of working at UNStudio, he co-founded in 2003 an architectural practice, Elastik where he completed projects including Bellevue Hotel, Wellness Park Lasko and CG House. Elastik received the award from the Slovenian architectural association and the Dutch Hotel Industry Association. Igor became a partner/design director at Elenberg Fraser in 2013, which led to the establishing of XO Projects in 2016. By that time, he supervised completions of EQ Tower, Aurora and Victoria One in Melbourne. He is the co-founder and principal of XO Projects. His recent projects include 400 City Road and 570 Little Bourke in Melbourne, 88 Ferny Avenue in Gold Coast and Twin Gardens in Jakarta, currently under construction.
