
As President of Nichols Architects, Igor Reyes has played a key role in shaping the firm’s design culture and expanding its impact on Miami’s skyline. Since joining the firm in 1998, he has led numerous mixed-use, high-rise residential, office, and hospitality projects, including award-winning projects such as 1450 Brickell and Epoch Sarasota, as well as groundbreaking developments like Met 2 at Metropolitan Miami, and Block C at Miami Worldcenter.
Beyond South Florida, Igor has extensive experience in Latin America, having worked on hospitality and residential projects in Bogotá, San José, El Salvador, and Peru. His dedication to design excellence continues to shape Nichols Architects’ legacy, reinforcing the firm’s reputation for creating impactful and enduring architecture.
