Ilayda Oner Mermerbas is Deputy Country Manager at Turner International Türkiye. Her responsibilities include managing business development activities on Europe and Central Asia, driving digitalization, sustainability, and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives for the company’s growth in the country, leading HR, Marketing, Admin, Finance, and Accounting departments.
Ilayda Oner Mermerbas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Bogazici University, and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Columbia University with over 10 years of industry experience. She is the President of IPYD (Istanbul Project Management Institute) and a board member of BuildingSMART Türkiye. Additionally, she is the Regional Representative for Türkiye and Advisory Board Member of Council of Vertical Urbanism (CVU, formerly Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat-CTBUH) since 2017
