Director - Design, Hines
Ms. Thakral joined Hines in 2019 and heads design management for Office and IT park portfolio under development in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Gurgaon. She is also the ESG lead for the Eurasia region.
Prior to joining Hines she was head of design at Tishman Speyer’s India operations. Some of the significant projects that she worked on, include the Waverock IT Park, a 2.5 million square feet IT development in Hyderabad; Broadway IT Park, a 5 million square feet, 26 acre mixed use development in Pune, with IT office, hotel as well as Co-living; and a 32 acre master-planned residential community in Chennai.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the TVB School of Habitat Studies and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
