Bringing a wealth of expertise in Strategy and Technology Consulting, Ivo specializes in sustainability, energy efficiency, circular engineering, and digitalization consulting for processes and infrastructure. Notable projects include advising the Canton of Lucerne’s Real Estate Division, contributing to the sustainability efforts of the University Hospital Basel, and collaborating on the initial development of the Charta for Circular Construction. Additionally, Ivo has played key roles in major infrastructure projects such as the New Center for Police and Justice (PJZ) in Zurich and the New Hospital Building “Felix Platter” in Basel, while also driving Smart Building strategies for CKW and developing innovative digital services and business models with Siemens.
