A seasoned civil engineer, Jagdish has had a wide-ranging career in leadership roles with a global imprint which has led him from India to carrying out works in over 65 countries around the world. Working in multicultural environments with the World Bank Group in Corporate Real Estate managing a large portion of their international portfolio and prior to this in the United Nations Peacekeeping Missions, as Chief-Engineering offered an incredible lesson in dealing with political situations and sensitivities and managing the expectations of diverse stakeholders. This multicultural exposure has engendered a respect for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with gender balance – values that, today, are essential for growth.
With hands-on knowledge of working in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas, Jagdish is attuned to cultural sensitivities and subtle nuances even when tackling complex challenges. His expertise lies in providing advisory services for managing and implementing corporate real estate projects and backbone support to mega development projects across geographies, including fragile and conflict situations.
