Senior Partner, White Arkitekter
James Reader is a partner at White Arkitekter, one of Scandinavia’s leading architectural practices. White Arkitekter works in an international context and has offices in Sweden, Norway, the UK and Germany. James is based at the Malmö office in southern Sweden and has broad international experience of both architecture and urban development. His project involvement ranges from early-stage competition and concept design through to construction and delivery, and includes commercial, residential and hybrid programs. His approach is holistic, aiming to integrate solutions to long-term needs for sustainability, practicality and flexibility into architecture that engages and intrigues.
He is a member of the steering committee of White’s Future Workplace Architecture development network and holds Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Hong Kong and the University of Cambridge, UK.
