John joined DMWR Architects in 1986, having worked both freelance and in the public sector in London and the South East. He became an Associate of the practice two years later and a Partner in 1995.
John performs a client-facing role; his proactive and inclusive approach to the design process, combined with his networking skills has enabled him to set up long-lasting relationships with clients, contractors and consultants alike.
John has accrued experience and insight in the design, development and delivery of major commercial projects. Key projects include luxury residential apartment developments in London’s West End, high-rise residential towers, high street retail, hotels and serviced apartments, aviation and leisure developments.
Since DMWR have started working in Kenya, John has made numerous trips to Nairobi and has gained valuable insights into what factors contribute to a successful PBSA scheme.
